I am Dominique Micco, Certified Pastry Chef, Owner/ Operator of Desserts by Dominique.

I pride my self in providing superb service to the Tri-County area (Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River County).

In 2012, I attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale’s Baking and Pastry Program and Graduated Magna Cum Laude.

I also received a special Patisserie award, for being top of my class.

Baking has always been my passion and love. Generations of recipes, skills, and techniques have been passed down to me and I utilize every bit of them. Unlike other local services, everything out of my kitchen is freshly baked and homemade, nothing is processed or mass produced.

From cupcakes, sugar flowers, or even cake pops, all are made from scratch. I put extensive time and detail into everything I bake, but customer satisfaction is my number one priority.

It is my goal and I strive to make sure every customer is happy and satisfied with their order.
